John N. Craft, CPA
the managing member, is in charge of the firm's tax, audit, management advisory and litigation support services. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited Business Valuator and Certified Valuation Analyst. Mr. Craft appraises businesses for purposes of estate planning, estate settlement, and in cases of litigation. His valuations have also been used by small business owners to determine the selling price for their businesses. (continue)

P. Jared Noble, CPA
joined Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC as a Staff Accountant in January 1999. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Noble received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in May 1999. Mr. Noble was admitted to the firm as a member in September 2002.

Rita D. Morgan, CPA
began her career with Craft, Noble and Company, LLC in January 2006. She is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Morgan received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2006 and her Master of Business Administration degree, also from EKU, in July 2008. She became certified as a public accountant in August 2010.

Diana F. Wedel, CPA
joined Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC as a staff accountant in January, 2002. She is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has twenty-six years of experience in public accounting. Ms. Wedel is a graduate of Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Before joining Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC, Ms. Wedel was employed as a staff accountant for Daniel P. Vigillante, CPA in Denville, New Jersey.

Ron Buck
joined the staff of Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC in November of 2007. He has over twenty-five years of experience in public and private accounting. He attended Harper College in Palatine, IL.

Ryan May
has worked at Craft, Noble and Company, LLC since October of 2008. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in December of 2009.
